Custom Hat Production Time Estimate:

Standard Custom Hat:Typically takes7–14 business daysto process and create. This includes the time needed for designing, production, and quality checks.

Complex or Detailed Custom Hat:For more intricate designs or custom features, such as personalized embroidery or specific material requests, production may take2–4 weeks.

– Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other third-party delivery services. We encourage customers to check the carrier’s website for updates in case of unexpected delays.

5. Returns and Exchanges
– Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with clear images of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, including issuing a replacement or refund.
– Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are defective or damaged.
